When I first started this blog, I hoped to publish one blog per day every day except Sundays, but due to an unexpected surge in translation work, I've been quiet for a couple of days. I've recorded two new videos, but haven't managed to edit them yet, so in case you're missing me, here's a peek of what's to come: the importance of active toes and feet in yoga. People often forget about what their feet are doing while they're practising yoga, so here's a picture of my feet in paschimottanasana (seated forward bend). As you can see, my toes are active, and my feet are properly flexed as they too are part of the asana. Rufus kindly modelled so as to make the picture a bit more attractive (feet are certainly not beautiful in my opinion!).
