Hi everyone. Sorry it's been so long since the last post; I've given up explaining, I think that by now you all have an idea of how hectic my life is and how difficult it is to find time to record the videos and then the voiceovers.... thank you for your patience :-)
This is a classic spinal twist. As explained in the video, it's important that you sit on both sit bones when doing this.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: knee injuries; severe back or neck problems; pregnancy.
BENEFITS: improves flexibility of the spine; helps relieve constipation as it gives your internal organs a "massage"; strengthens your oblique abdominal muscles.
