Chandra Namaskar 1 (Moon salutation)

There are several versions of Chandra Namaskar, but I think this one is my favourite, so I'll start with this one. Over the coming days (or weeks, depending on how much interference I suffer) I'll record and post the other versions I am familiar with.

Chandra Namaskar is best practiced in the late afternoon or evening; it is a sequence that invites you to cultivate the moon's soothing energy. It's excellent for relieving stress, and for working on almost every part of your body.

There are no major contraindications, but you should be careful if you have any knee problems. If you feel any pain whatsoever, stop immediately. If you have any queries, you can contact me through the contact form at the bottom of the Home Page.
