Hi folks! Here's a Christmassey video on leg stretches, but shock horror! Just as I was about to load it up to the blog I realised I missed out the quads stretch!! I promise you'll have a little update including a quadriceps stretch very soon (just had lunch now and cannot possibly to do it now, sorry!).
